PASSENGER TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN

AHI Travel is delighted you have chosen to travel with us and want this to be one of the most exciting vacations of your life! We also want you to be prepared for any unforeseen circumstances, and we are pleased to offer you our Passenger Travel Protection Plan. This plan has been developed expressly for our discerning clientele and includes travel protection benefits and assistance services.

SOME OF THE BENEFITS INCLUDE:

TRIP CANCELLATION AND TRIP INTERRUPTION

Reimbursement up to the entire cost of your tour if you have to cancel for a covered reason, such as you, an immediate family member or your traveling companion becomes ill or injured.

TRIP DELAY

Reimbursement of covered out-of-pocket expenses to catch up to your tour if it’s delayed more than 12 hours, up to $1,000

MEDICAL PROTECTION

Reimburses covered medical bills if you are ill or are injured while on your tour, up to $10,000 for each illness and injury.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

Arranges & prepays up to $50,000 for emergency medical transportation.

TRAVEL ACCIDENT PROTECTION

– If you suffer an accidental death or dismemberment while on your tour, reimbursement up to $10,000 Air Flight Only, $30,000 any other circumstance.

BAGGAGE LOSS

Reimburses the cost of your belongings if they are lost, stolen, or damaged; up to $1,500.

BAGGAGE DELAY

Reimburses the purchase of necessary items if your bags are delayed for 24 hours or more, up to $500.

WORLDWIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE – Services provided by Live Travel

Global assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

PASSENGER TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN PLUS

All the same coverage and benefits of the Travel Protection Plan described above, with the addition of Cancellation For Any Reason coverage. This Cancellation for Any Reason coverage may reimburse up to 60% of Your Trip Cost when you need to cancel your trip for other than a covered reason. Limitations apply including, this plan is only available for Trip Costs up to a maximum of $15,000 and when you purchase the plan within 14 days of Your initial trip payment.

*Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption benefits may also be available due an Insured’s being quarantined or diagnosed with a sickness as detailed in your policy. Additionally, medical treatment expenses may be payable related to an insured contracting any sickness that manifests while on their trip as well as emergency medical evacuation coverage if it is determined that transportation to a higher level of care is necessary as a result of contracting any sickness.
